Nutritional Ketosis

I finally got a Precision Xtra ketone blood meter. I have been attempting to eat a ketogenic diet and the meter is one of the few ways to judge success. Blood ketones from .5 millimolar to 3.0 millimolar is the desired range. I woke at .9 this morning and made it to 1.6 before dinner (after an all day fast).
